Random Updates, Sotong 21ST birthday celebration!

Hello everybody!!

i guess its really been quite long since i blogged, haha, i thought i had update my blog long ago, only to look back and realised i didn't, for the past weeks, i have been working hard to get the hook of how to become a team leader, what to learn, and how to cope etc.

so its been kinda of stressful for me, because i have been attaching with different team leader, all different style, and the reason why i was stressed, was because i have to do solo myself eventually managing 3 floors and my RAs that i have everytime i see the schedule,

and tmr will be the day that i will start being solo.

i don't know is it because i am prepared , or because i know even if im prepared, i have to be prepared for unforeseen circumstances.

so what for being SO PREPARED and getting myself panicked that all type of circumstances will occur, so i let nature take tis course, and probably because of this, i am not so stressed anymore.

so wish me luck for tomorrow on being my own team leader,

actually, i think its also the comments that others give me that give me courage to be more confident of myself,

everything is fine for me so far, doing the report, checking rooms etc,

its only one thing that i am not so good at, assigning RAs to do the rooms in each different floor, counting the rooms, and assigning, writing their report,

that one, i will be quite slow in the counting part.

and alot more which i am lazy to elaborate unless you work in this hotel like me, you will know what i mean.

and so before i start doing solo tmrw, i have two days off!

HAHA, well it was because i have to work during deepavali, and they makeup tt PH day for today, and since sunday is my usual off, so i got two day off :)

Happy eh! :) cause seriously one day is not enough for me.

if one day off, i think i will be working in my clinic side, so actually i am pretty much busy,

but i managed to fork out time to meet up with my friends!

otherwise i think i am dying, everyday work work work.

i am afterall a human being! you know. :)

meetup with chanel and sotong on fri night! :)

yes! chanel has returned from china because she have rashes while staying there and the dr advised her to come back since she was not recovering,

i was quite shocked when she whatsapp me that she is coming back to spore,

i thought what happened to her, haha.

we had our dinner at the xin wang cafe and really talked non stop,

i think im quite fortunate when i dropped my idea of doing my interns overseas,

you know when my parents and V told me not to go,

i listened and i really think its a blessing in disguise after hearing her life while interning over there.

maybe different people will have different view of finishing their interns whether in sg or overseas, haha, to me i think its a choice that you choose, some will still portray like its very nice to work there, but in actual its not,

there is not a need to really mislead others, that they are having it better over there.

because you ended up being exposed anyway. HAHA.

i feel pitiful for her over there, but then glad she's back and i think she doing well over here in sg too! HAHA, no shift hours and work 5 days only!

so its like suffering for her and now the sweetness :)

and she bought me stuffs while she was over there! HAHA she say she couldnt buy much cause she was in a rush, but still i think its still sweet when friends actually bought sth back from me whenever they are overseas!

HAHA

ok the HK keychain was from my hotel colleague cause she went to HK , so sweet right, HAHA.

now i got like clinic and hotel colleagues to differentiate, HAHA.

the eyeliner was from bkk , and the rest was keychain,pens, sweet,

there was a box of pretz milk coffee flavour! it was nice!

not taken inside because i eat it up before i even take a photo of it! HAHA

anyway we couldn't stay too late cause i have to work the next morning.

but a pretty awesome day spend with them!

the next day, i meet the peeps, junjie jieying and sufi on saturday after i end work,

actually i can meet friends whenever i end work, but it depends on my mood and my tiredness level.

usually, i won't want to meet after work, because i have to wake up everyday at 5.30am.

so i will sleep by 9pm every night, if i were to meet my friends after work, i won't be able to sleep by 9pm and i will be feeling zombie the next day,

and i can't feel zombie because team ldr need to be alert at all times :(

so i was alright w meeting on saturday because i am off on sunday!

haha actually even on sunday i was working in the morning at clinic since its end at 1pm and usually clinic is like my 2nd hse! so relaxed go work one, so sleep late also nvm.

HAHA.

we was looking around, and ended up me buying things for myself instead. HAHA.

did i mentioned that working in hotel actually can save alot of money?

HAHA, cos uniforms is provided, you dont even have to wash urself,

food is provided, and there is basically no time for you to go out cause once you step in the hotel, the only time you step out would be when you are going home,

unless you are a smoker, which im not, otherwise you won't sneak out during lunch too. HAHA

i bought this! tadah! in my previous post, i was saying that i went to dye my hair, and my hair was curly already after i wash before the hairdresser just style for me the other time, not really rebonding, so i thought i want to buy a straightener so tt i can style my own hair at home next time.

i used to have one in the past, but it was spoiled already, this time round get a better one, of cos at a "better price too" :(

actually i was hesistant between choosing this one or the other one that can use for curls or straight.

but then, you know i am not really good at curling my own hair,

i prefer hairdresser to do my hair,plus JJ remind me that straightener also can do into curls leh, i almost forgot, so i bought just this straightener.

i tried it already , it comes with a warranty too, the result is not bad, i mean compared to the normal brand, cause i bought this in watsons store, and you know watsons have their own straightener brand, its sucks really.

haha , so after trying a inferior one, i think this is more better even though it cost a lil more than the watsons brand one :)

so after shopping around, we wanted to have dinner, i know its was supposed to be a halloween weekends, but i was so not interested to go for any halloween events,

well.. because i so timid, i confirmed screamed very easily!

so why will i want to go and let myself scared by others? HAHA

even if i want to dress up for halloween, also must be the chio chio one instead of the ugly face to scared ppl. HAHA

it was hard to really find a place to eat, we spend like one hr deciding what to eat,

actually im okay with ANYTHING.

and i actually realised we always dine in those casual dining restaurants.

so this time we went to a slightly lower priced foods, which i dont mind as long as the food is still tasty! :)

actually its like the chomp chomp type, but i think the price of the foods over there is not that lower priced, HAHA compare to chomp chomp, i think i pretty much prefer chomp chomp.

satay, carrot cake, we decided to buy what we want and spilt the total bill,

each about 8 dollar only, its cheap cause we had four of us, they wanted to have fried rice, but actually i was quite full already eating the satay, carrot cake, mee goreng.

anybody got any other good place to eat? so that i can visit next time!

haha and i feel like a baby when JJ helped me to scoop up the mee goreng into a bowl and handed it to me, HAHA.

I think he will make a great dad for his child the next time! HAHA cause i din expect him to take for me ma, totally unexpected. HAHA.

an abrupt topic, but my latest desire..

champouf plushie!!! :)))

i am not a fan of soft toy nowsdays, i was in the past. HAHA and i got alot of soft toy gifted all frm my friends fr my birthday, but this plushie make me feel like owning one too!

it look so soft, like no boyfriend to hug also nvm, i hug this also can! ;) HAHAHA.

i didn't know that this plushie even appeared on runaways. HAHA.

of cos the price is also very "nice" haha, there is small and large size,but i want the large one.

it cost bt 99sgd. exclusive of postage cause i saw it on sale online. I like the white one! haha when i first show sotong, she tell me sheep plushie? HAHA so funny, n i goes, no its not a sheep plushie! got name one! but okay.. actually its a sheep.. HAHA.

so i am eyeing on that for now.. HAHA.

anyway, attended sotong 21st birthday celebration yesterday!

i think its a must to celebrate the big day 21st birthday celebration!

its a day for you to rmb, a reminder that you have grow up!

if its me, its a reminder to my parents, i have grow up, time to let me fly~ HAHA.

because nowsdays my mum will still called me and asked why i am still not home. hais.

before that, i meet chanel first to shop for her birthday present!

it was a difficult task because we don't know what she like!

cause she is a very simple girl, if we buy cosmetics, she wont like, she don't use perfumes too,

and when chanel thought of buying soaps for her, but we scared later she too kind, she never use give it to others when its a very expensive soap! HAHA

but while shopping for her present, actually we are also like shopping for ourselves!

HAHA sephora cosmetics, soaps, alot of things ..

in the end we have no choice but to buy her chocolates, since she confirm got eat one right! HAHA.

even when we shopped for that, a high tendency to buy one for ourselves too, HAHAHAA

we went to TAKA , bought Royce chocolates. and Mary's chocolates.

we reached there about 7pm, this is the beautiful birthday cake! its lychee flavour, and it was the first time i eat lychee cake, haha cause i always choose chocolate one, HAHA

when we went there, we was famished, so we help ourselves with the food first, HAHA.

after the foods, comes the more camwhoring shots! HAHA

Liyi and Me.it seems like i am wearing sth on my neck, but it was not, haha guess its my hair, but its kinda funny how it look like a band wrapped ard my neck, nevertheless, its still quite nice right! HAHA say pretty!

i wear a curtain top, accesorise with pearl necklace, bought it long ago but never have the chance to accesorise it with other top because its so hard to find one that is nice to match it with.

before that i wanted to be a pink girl,

pink polka dot headband, tops pink bag and polka dot slippers,

since we was gg to the chalet , but somehow the top doesnt match w the shorts i wanted to wear so i changed to this top instead. haha

anyway i din edit any of the photos, the lighting was yellow, not very nice eh ,HAHA but nvm.

whenever i want to take photo, i wil tel the others who are taking, eh watch out for the lighting and i will always rmb jean using a lamp to adjust the lighting more nicer to take photos and i will laughed. HAHA

my look like buay song face, HAHA i was trying out different angle, but so difficult to take one nice, so look like unhappy like that, but i am actually very happy eh! HAHA.

been so long since i chill with my friends,

a party is nice when you get to meet up your friends after so long, especially when all of us is having our attachment, and its good to catch up you know,

asking how they are coping with their work, what they learn, any interesting stories etc.

feel so good to catch up.

and i can say there is alot of us who was working in hsekeeping dept, even more things to relate to, HAHA.

i think i more luckier, cos i only clean up to 9 or 10rooms, but they all have to clean up to 11 ,14 rooms. haha. they are still cleaning rooms, but i have changed to team ldr already! HAHA

i talked till everyone tot they shld have choose hsekeeping too! :)

its a good dept where you can learn lots of things!

eh ,"dhannie take this shot! cos i look very slim over here!"

but he was trembling, and my face was blur ! tskk. haha

but cn see the body slim right? HAHAHA

so obedient of him to really take the shot when i told him to. HAHA!

not bad sia, he lied backword and still cannot see his double chin! hahaha!

just kidding, i will never pose like that, cos i too fat sure very ugly if i pose in the same position like him! HAHA but he look okay seh! haha.

adjusted the lighting using lightroom software cause it was rather dark, it was so funny when we say

hey come lets take photo!, then totally forgot the lead, HAHAHA!

i try to straigten my hair for the first time, took very long, slightly better compare to the usual curls now. haha

did you guys realised both of us got sharp face now? WHEEEE. SIBEI HAPPY! HAHA

and i think it was very considerate of sotong to cut her birthday cake early!

like 830pm cause i think she know that most ppl might leave halfway,

you know like most people cut the cake only when its nearing to the end?

if its me, i also cut the cake earlier leh,

sometimes i will leave halfway before the cut cake time because its so late already and i might have to go off already,

and since most of them is working morning shift today, they wasn't going to hang out too late too,

all mad crazy morning shift,

the others was saying her cake so girly don't look like her style! haha funny

and i was amazed she got 5 brothers eh! HAHA

she is the only girl, the princess in the family leh!

she told me before that she knew she is going to get birthday bash one, confirmed, and it was true

HAHA i think because she is the playful type so they can play with her, haha

i will throw my face and angry if i get birthday bash on my birthday one! HAHA

so its a reminder to everyone uh.haha

then she tried to get other bash too, HAHA

everyone was running when she had the cake w her. haha

i got a lil bit of the cream on my hair when she suddenly pop behind me while i was texting brandon, off guard until i sense she was behind me, i screamed and quickly squat down, so it din get to my face, and still hao lian like,

YEAH I DIN GET IT. haha that super happy look , thn everyone tell me,

no you got it. and i go -.- wa.

HAHA.

it got onto my hair and shirt. pffsh.

haha this was before i got the cream on my hair i think.
woots look at my deceiving sexy thighs. HAHA. side view nicer eh, hahaha usually it is so scary fatty bom bom thighs.

anyway, we only stayed for awhile before we had to go off already, i was happy cause i having my off day so i dont really mind if i stay longer but the others was leaving already ma, HAHA

texted brandon to ask if he wanted to meet since i was ard his area, but he din reply and only replied after i was otw home already, so din get to meet him.

anyway, have to wake up early and start working again!

love the awesome 3 days that i have spending with my friends! :))
