HOHOHO. Merry xmas in advance! This year is slightly different from last year, not really celebrating xmas with my friends compared to last year.
last year was a super absurd random idea for me to book a hotel n having some cuddling times with some of my closest friends or those that i hang out with,
preparing all the foods etc by myself!
don't believe, can just go read back my dec archives! hahaha.
but this year.. not so free like last year already, plus elliott got a gf already, qianci is also busy, and the others..its not so easy to organise one party again.
But this year, i managed to walk down the orchard road w lesden,zolene, the previous post that i blog, just to get myself in the xmas atmosphere.. HAHA.

But, the hotel that i am working under now as a trainee, has their xmas party just recently! haha.
they pulled me out to help out w the party, so for the very first time i get to wear a santarina outfit! HAHA.
its was quite a fun and interesting experience.
i was worried i couldn't fit in the outfit.
i was supposed to work noon shift, but they chg my shift to morning so that i can go back afterthat! like whee!
because i having 3-11pm shift for this entire month, abit ta, too boring?
even though i dun have to get up very early, but still..
its a bit no life because i can't do anything.
go work. home. sleep. haha.
but so far, i am still doing good!
not complaining much now because nth bad happens to me yet,

this was the amount of people who play the secret santa games! HAHA.
this table which is full of presents was a game that they come up with,
those who wish to play will have to draw a lot and see who are they suppose to buy a gift budget of $5 to that person.
if you got play, you will get a gift.
i arrange all those presents one hor! haha.

i get very excited when i see all these nicely wrapped presents! hahaha.
like omg, some was really very sweet to wrap it super nice! hahaha.
there was also the lucky draw presents.
that was a bit challenging because they actually numbered the present already but its like, some number couldn't be found, and it got me irritated when i was suggesting why we couldn't jus skip the number.
the way they play lucky draw was also very funny.
to me i think its very confusing.
usually, eu get ur number and if ur number is draw out, you will get probably from top 10 prizes onwards right?
but this was different,it was arranged in names instead,
for etc , announcing top 10 first draw out name will receive the prizes in order, so that why they couldn't just skip the number.
halfway when we arrange, i already headache and sian plus we was running out of time when we haven't even get changed etc.
and they ask me to go help eric who was going to perform lady gaga bad romance as he dress up as a girl. HAHA.

this was the ballroom for the xmas party, even bigger thn the photo cos i couldn't get to take down the whole place photo.
 i shall say, it was a rather successful one but then, you know housekeepers, they don't have all the time,
there are others who didn't come down for the party because they couldn't finish cleaning their rooms on time. sad.
halfway some have to leave because they have to start their solo turndown at 5.30pm.
but the game and activities was fun enough when you see how kiasu and serious in playing games, i jus keep on laughing n laughing.
i was the secret santa girl standing beside all the prizes just to give out mini treats when they won the game etc,

and this was me! now i see the length of the outfit was quite long, but when i wear it, i feel its kinda of short. HAHA weird.
before that i was helping eric in one of the rm he was dressing up. haha
the fake wig, the costume etc. haha
so funny.
and before that we tally the present for secret santa, and i was rather disappointed how come i didn't see my name on any of the present one..
it was like.. don't tell me i don't have present leh!
like HOW CAN?! so sad can.
but the truth was revealed after i finish helping eric and wanted to go down to the party already thn he ask me to hand down, and i was itchyhand trying to see who he is giving,
hahha by the time he tried to stop me, i saw my name! HAHAHAHA.
so he is my secret santa afterall!
it feels good to have someone you have once work together with as my secret santa! HAHAHAHA.
especially when i saw the gift that he make for me!
super touched can. hahahaha.

as much as i hate photo frame as a gift actually.. but i was super happy when i saw this!
because its customised!!
its not a paper that he burned to make the corner effects,
but its carved out!
the material can be clearly see that its make from a wood, and all these wordings,
i must say, he did it all by himself!

because he was a designer back in philipines.
and he got this photo when we participate in the vertical marathon event!
this gift was like priceless!
there was a small mini xmas card which he wrote to me too, hahaha.
it was "stay sweet and humble as you are! "kept me laughing when i saw.
he is a funny and interesting guy and he clean rooms super fast one!
when he was one of the rm attendants that was under me when i manage floors, he always help me if i need help one!

and when i thought i will lose weight when i work in hskp, apparently its not because i been so happy working there, no signs of depression that i didn't lose my appetite etc leh. still bui bui one! sighs.

i only know so far in these 4 mths that i been there,
everyone is super nice to me!
and team ldr is even encouraging me to continue to work after i finish my internship.
initially, my plan was to be able to finish my internship successfully which looks like there is only two more months more.
time pass fast one leh! for me, what i can say was,
i think that i am one lucky girl.
i get to meet so far all quite nice people, or sometimes i just choose not to take it too seriously their sarcasm,
just tell yourself, its their own mouth, not yours, you can't do anything.
forgive and try to probably forget.

and i didn't really think of what to do after i graduated, because i don't think i will go on and study university because i can't get into a local one, so i probably have to get one in private,
and its so irritating because private only require a gpa of 2 n you can get in!
then what for i work so hard to get a 3 right! tsk.
anyway, the fees for private uni aren't cheap too.
and i don't think i can afford to pay the fees.
its takes lots of determination.
coping work and studies in poly for my own expenses is enough, if i have to add on one more of paying my own sch fees.
sighs.
i much rather start working already.
and i think those who follows me on twitter knows what i been thinking about,
my consideration to take into advice of one team leader's words.
it started when we was checking rm at night since i solo evening team ldr bt they still got their shift to do too,
so he suggest me to go and apply for AM position.
which is asst mgr position after i graduated.
FYI, most of the AMS in my dept are all under 27.
most graduated from uni and here they are working as AM already,
it look good in their resume if they decided to switch jobs next time.
like at such a age, its not easy already to get that title.
HAHA.

i was modest and told him he think too highly of me already,
he told me a secret, but i won't reveal. its a position that is still empty. HAHA.
 he say he think i can do it because i can manage the stressful floors, which i been grumbling in twitter because its not easy to manage that floors and yet i can still do it.
and not only him, the other two leaders complimented me too when i told them my hesistation of deciding whether to continue to work upon graduation.
most of them which i am more closer to give me the thumbs up n say tht i am good because they say so far nobody can manage the floors, esp when i was just a trainee.
so, anyone who heard this not just from one person also happy right! HAHA.
i put in effort to learn one eh, its not easy to be the mrng team ldr.
it give me much encouragement because i thought nobody see the effort that i put in.
HAHA.
and its like, after i cn manage that floor uh, walau that period of time, i almost everyday get that floor.
even though i grow much closer to the RAs who work in that floor range, but if i want to cont to work,
i don't want to work as a team ldr eh.
because i scared they might really give me the stressful floors forever just because they know i can take it. :(

actually it would be quite challenging and fun to work compared to a office job sitting there typing all day.
and i know both asst mgr and team ldr positions are available..
so, i am still thinking because i will also get to learn the work of asst mgr too,
so if i can handle the stress etc,
i might consider asking the mgr if i cn apply for that position.
what i am more concerned is whether they will take me in for tt position because the other have the degree, mine is only diploma.
but hospitality industry doesn't really need a degree eh!
so lets just see how it goes..
i still need to know whether i can cope anot. HAHA.

anyway, just some other update that i decided to blog in this post, haha, super lazy to separate post,
watched "almost famous"and really its quite a good movie after hearing good comments from others who watched it long ago, because i dun have too much free time to catch movie as often like last time!

i still haven start painting my room, it was delayed  because my parents are visiting my aunt's hushband who was hospitalised.
and i am working 5pm to 1am tmrw, so i won't have time to paint tmrw,
and i have to work again on sunday morning in the clinic and 5pm at the hotel.
i missed working in the clinic! hehe.

and, have started to buy cny clothes, everytime around this year,
everything need to be new, and also to start managing my $ so that i can use it wisely,
every new year, all my clothes from head to toe , in and out all have to be brand new!
even a new hairstyle!
HAHA. last year i permed my hair, this year i getting a rebond and probably a dye!
to make myself look more younger now.. HAHA.

no of masks that i always love to buy when i see beauty fair! hahaha there is still alot not used yet when i bought at sasa fair the other time,
beneath all the mask,
its a furry coat, super chio one! and super nice to touch,
a knitted type of top, and a furry bottom,
it a set outfit that i am going to wear for cny!
hahaha.
need a beanie or a pair of boots to finish that look! HAHAHA

anyway i was rather apologetic that i couldn't attend grandeur chalet as i promised the other time, because i am too busy already, and i bet they are having a great time even w/o me! HAHAHA.
PS : and to follow up, sufi just transfer the $ back after one day when i blog the previous post,
when he told me his whatsapp gt problem.
but before that, the text msges leh?
anyway i am not angry anymore when i finish that post,
i am not sure whether he read my previous post, but then i have nth much to say,
i just feel that its impossible for me to pretend nth happen .
