Khao Yai - Pete Maze. Primo Piazza, Thames Valley, Jim Thompson Farm, my Ozone Khao Yai

Hello readers! I am back to update on my second day in Khao Yai.

Today itinerary : Check out from Hotel together, Pete Maze, Primo Piazza, Lunch @ Thames Valley, Jim Thompson farm
Hotel accommodation : My ozone khao yai.

As i mention in my previous post, we do not follow strictly our itinerary so the driver noticed i was telling Jeremy the big buddha as we drove past yesterday so today he drop us to have a walk around before going to the Pete's maze.

It was so cute when i see this dog just sleeping under the sun, the temperature is cooling, around 18 degree celsius.

It's a beautiful day!

The buddha area is just beside Pete's Maze and the driver told us we can take as many photos as we want because there were no visitors when we arrived there.

We had the Pete Maze to my own for awhile before other visitors came in. The good weather makes it easy for nice photo-taking!

Especially this! I was surprised after countless of photos we took and this was quite good! No filter at all. Jeremy's phototaking skills has improved. Haha

Next : Primo Piazza, this is similar to Palio village, but you have to pay a fee to enter and they have adorable alpaca and goats to feed over here!

selfie time!

The ticket comes with the feeds so we use one to feed the alpaca first. They look so cute and pretty!

There were many feeding the main one at the entrance, so i walked to the other side to feed the other alpaca

This alpaca is super cute!

Especially when Jeremy get to take a photo of us together! Hahahahah.

Jeremy's turn feeding the same one haha, the alpaca look very well taken care of over here.

We walked out to the other side to feed the sheeps.

For lunch, we went to Thames valley!
Thames valley provides accommodation too, but i didn't book their room and in order to take photos inside, you got to book the hotel so you have access to their common area or facilities.
Since we are only dining, so we can only access the pathway to the restaurant, and they are very strict as the driver remind us to get the restaurant to stamp a chop on our parking ticket otherwise he need to pay a 700 baht parking fee.

Selfie as we are waiting for our food to be served.

Western cuisine today..

After lunch, we stayed awhile to take some photos before we heads off to Jim Thompson farm!

As the driver told us Jim thompson farm is pretty far from khao yai, it's about 1 hour away and it will take another 1.5hour to reach our accommodation for the night. So after our lunch, we head off to Jim thompson farm.
Majority of the visitors are locals.  There were no tourists except us.

This place is pretty big and we bought the ticket to board the bus that will takes us to several points within the farm. The staff that sold us the ticket asked us how we managed to find out this place to which i answer ' Internet' The power of Google. Hahaha.
Beside orange pumpkins, they have the white ones for sale too!

Posing with all these pumpkins, well i am not sure if they are real but they are huge!

Beautiful field of flowers~
This will make a pretty shot.
This place is so beautiful as we alight at one of the stop point. There were many pumpkins for you to pose with too! Haha

It's beautiful that we didn't see anyone trying to damage the pumpkins or steal it away. This should be the way whenever you are visiting an attraction not to do anything that damage the overall impression. It was so neatly lined up.
A picture of pumpkinss being laid neatly on the ground. It's a rare sight where nobody is picking them up for photos. Haha

Yes i did pick up one to pose for a photo before putting it back nicely.

Then i saw this cute little girl posing among the pumpkins and there were photographer taking photo of her too.

The pink bus that we hopped on to visit other areas.

The main highlight of the farm i presume will be the pumpkins area and the beautiful field of flowers. For the other parts of the farm, i guess it's to educate you about their weaving production of silk etc. which we are not very interested and the driver informed us beforehand it's going to be 1.5hour from Jim thompson farm to our accommodation for the day so we left after about an hour plus.

There was a traffic jam, so the driver took shortcut and we manage to reach the place around 5pm.

The time that we arrived was timely, so we could explore around before it turns dark.

When the sky is changing.

It would be an ideal place to do wedding photoshoot here.

Everything looks very magical as we walked around.

Look at the sky when it is turning dark! so pretty!

No filter is used when i take the photo, it is as what it is in actual, but in real it's so much beautiful.

The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi but it's too cold so we didn't use it.

Thai ladies taking photos in this castle looking building.

Once we are here, it is almost impossible to drive out unless you have a car, and even if you drive out, there is probably nothing for you to shop or see because the surroundings are just forests. Haha so we dine in their restaurant for our dinner!
We was chatting that it was suppose to be a very romantic date, as we sat down and having our dinner with the awesome views but, its kinda dark that we can't see the menu! Hahahaha. so romantic pun ruined.

But after a satisfying meal, we decided to stroll outside awhile before returning back to our room.

The hotel lobby looks very pretty with the fairylights.

As much as i am very amazed with their exterior architecture designs and the views around this place , however i have nothing much to rave about their interior of the room. Maybe it's me but i am not a fan of victorian theme, so when we entered our room, i am glad i only booked it for a night. Haha
Maybe the occupancy aren't high so they don't really maintain it well, it looks pretty old to me for their room, the bed was comfortable but the shower facilities are faulty.
For this room, they do not have the hot water function. It was distressing when we was going to shower and Jeremy told me they have no hot water at all.  The weather is very cold too at night. We didn't ask for a change of room because it was already 9plus at night and we thought it's pointless to get them to change since we are only staying for 1 night.

But this will be the first and last time that i'am visiting as we try to run the water in the bathtub, we realised there were sand particles coming out from the tap.

Eventually we use the stopper for the bathtub and boil hot water using the kettle. The most ancient method to get a bath. By the time we finally finished showering, i think it's time for bed. Hahaha

Initially i thought we could netflix, but we were wrong, we couldn't connect to the channel at all.
So this room stay experience is horrible for us among all the different hotels we stay. Even though they have the beautiful scenery view and castle looking building.

Later, i get to know from the driver, my ozone used to ban visitors from coming in unless you are staying in their hotel but now, they are opened to public meaning anyone can come and visit and take photos. So if you just want to check out this place, you don't have to stay in their hotel, just make sure you have a driver or a car!

The next morning, as we went for our breakfast. It was a cold morning but i like. Haha

Awesome views!

Shall end this post for now.
Till then!
