Hello readers! Less than 2 month and i am back in BKK again. This year my holiday destination is really visiting BKK only. No more BKK next year as we are planning to travel elsewhere and Korea is in my list!
So, this BKK trip is abit different from Jieying as this trip is really purely relax without rushing any itinerary to shop etc. This time round we took Singapore Airlines! We reached early at the airport so was walking around when i spot the sunflower garden.
The sunflowers were planted very neatly but no one was taking photo with it, so we went in and start to take some photos before our departure.
Soon, we went to board and settle down nicely in our seat.
Usually, we will take the BKK airport railway, but i was lazy because we are staying at Amari watergate hotel this time and the distance to walk from the BTS seems too far. So we decided to call grab and alight us outside the hotel entrance so we don't have to pull our luggage ourselves.
I have stayed before in Amari JB, Amari Phuket but this was the first time in Amari watergate and the lobby is impressive when we stepped in.
It is way bigger than the one at Amari watergate!
We booked the Executive Club King room, which usually has access to their exec lounge, inclusive of breakfast and cocktail reception. So we went to the front desk when they check my reservation before directing us to the exec lounge for our personal check in at the exec club floor.
Pretty nice executive lounge as we sit down with our welcome drink while they handle the paperworks.
Amari watergate is located just opposite the platinum fashion mall, it is at a very good location that i think i will stay back here next time when i visit BKK again.

After checking our room, we went to check the facilities in the hotel.
They have the usual, like the gym and the swimming pool.
We went back to the exec lounge to chill, the staff were displaying all the foods and desserts, it was quite a spread!
I was laughing so hard when I saw how Jeremy bring such a big chunk of cheese back, under my influence, he has grown to love cheese haha.
Here we are at platinum mall, buying my rose milk tea. The other time Jeremy didnt try it before, i bought the tea sachet back and make for him before but after trying the original taste, he say he prefer mine as he find the original taste is too milky. Haha
Initially i thought we could go somewhere but seeing how Jeremy seems determined to try the seafood buffet, so we decided to return back and try their seafood buffet.
All i can say is, we are not disappointed! Their standards are quite good, each of us get to have one lobster too!
Jeremy is a happy man now that he manage to eat his seafood dinner.
The next day, we choose to have our breakfast at the Amaya gallery instead of the exec lounge because the variety were limited. After that, we decided to check out the new premium outlet located at the Central village, luxury premium outlet. We wanted to catch the 11am bus, but initially we saw it was empty so we didnt know you have to book with the staff that will inform you whether there is any slot for the timing that you want to go.
We wanted to go at 11am, but there were a big group going together so we had to wait for the next one.
After you have book the timeslot, you have to come back at least 15min before for the staff to call your name before they issue you number tag. You are require to show the number tag when you board the bus.
We were pretty disappointed when we reached there because most of the stores is not ready yet! Hurhur, it's a nice place but will be better when you go like about 6month later, eventually we manage to get some stuffs and took the shuttle bus.
There was a 1 for 1 tiger brand water bottle so we got this.

After enjoying the cocktail reception, we went to Siam paragon and Siam centre for some casual shopping.
Back at After you dessert cafe again and this time i order a milk tea, it was nice! Couldn't help to take photo of this handsome guy siting next to us. It suddenly just strike to me his feature are so handsome so i keep stealing a few glance. Hahaha i swear he look better in real life
The weather was too hot so we went in the new Chatuchak mall, there were plenty of stuffs that are sold similar outdoor except the price are higher inside the new air conditioned mall. We try the oolong milk tea too
After that, we returned back to the hotel to rest before going to Yunomori onsen in Bangkok!
I have been wanting to visit this place for so long but most of the times all the shopping leave us without free time to visit Yunomori onsen. This time it was super free without any itinerary so here we are! Grab to Yunomori onsen.
It was night when we arrived but there were many people hanging around at Yunomori. We requested for onsen + massage. So we went for our onsen before arranging to meet at the lobby for staff to bring us in the massage room.
The only thing is we cannot do onsen together! Hahaha they are divided into female and male onsen so it will be good if you come together with friends, provided you are not shy of looking at each other naked bodies.
Similar like the one in Singapore, you have to pay first before enjoying the faciltiies.
Once we have pay, we were guided to collect our robe and start our onsen experience!
No photos because phototaking is not allowed but i would feel it is definitely better than Singapore one as they have the one at outdoor.
The massage session was so good we fall asleep and i could hear Jeremy snoring. Hahahaha.
I would highly recommend you allocate some time here if you are visiting BKK.
After our massage session, we decided to visit Big C, it was the last night so we got to do some late night shopping after learning from last lesson that BIG C supermart opposite the central world close only at 2am.
Next morning, our last day in BKK and spamming myself with coconut juice because we are leaving soon!
