Hi-Tea at Conrad Hotel with JY

 Hello readers! We are almost nearing the end of the year and usually the Nov to Dec month are the month that are more relaxing for me. I saw the Conrad having a Fashionista high tea set so i asked if JY would like to go together and yes we manage to arrange a high tea session at Conrad!

If you asked me, i would think the food taste generally ok but not say awesome, i love their tea though.

Really love how creative they are in designing the high tea sweet treats and yes the lipstick is actually edible! But i was too full and didnt have a chance to eat that though. haha

We went to shop around as we was going to have our annual xmas gathering with the rest and was looking for christmas present and ended up buying nothing and having korea food as our dinner instead.

Jayrius 1st birthday celebration party!

Hello readers! Today's post is celebrating my son Jayrius aka kai first birthday! It was quite challenging to organise a big party and with the number of visitor restrictions so we decide to celebrate at my parent house, but i wanted to put in more effort in the decor so i went to taobao to buy all these balloons, customise the backdrop and with my two bff helps, JJ & JY plus Jeremy they help to do up this pretty awesome balloon garland! This was my kind of simple celebration at home even though we can't do it outdoors.

Surrounded by all his birthday presents, the presents doesn't represent the number of guests because most of the present is prepared by me. i hope when he look back at these photos even though he was born during the covid period, but he is still extremely adore and blessed!

I specially went to purchase all the dessert stand in order to place all the desserts treat that i bought!

Ordered HOWs catering the premium international menu since we are not having much guests so the food was the higher tier cost. Haha

and photos taking continued..

I didn't want a cake that is full of icing so i opt for a agar agar cake which i saw from carousell so i request for some customisation and was really glad the agar agar cake fit the theme.

The theme of the party was animals. 

Instead of having 1 cake, i bought another cake, this cake is strawberry shortcake from four leaves but i bought the animal topper to create into the one and only design cake in this world. Jayrius birthday cake! Haha

Then we have one of the activity which we called the 抓周记。 This activity was play to see what the kid would pick and eventually become his future profession. To me, it was just the fun of it and not believing he will become what he pick, afterall it depend on all his hard work and effort next time to fight for his goal.

This was the four item he pick, the first one was hammer which represent a lawyer, second director, third, singer, and last someone who is v good in studies. Haha

With that, i would like to wish my son Happy 1st birthday! Mummy and Daddy would love to celebrate many more birthday with you! I hope you will grow up to be a wise and courageous man, knowing what you want and work hard for it！
